Comments

Do comments REALLY matter to everyone else?

It seems subscribers is what people on YouTube scrounge for.

So, blogger scrounge for comments? What else COULD they scrounge for? o_0

Is this the only way bloggers could get feedback? Hmmm.

90% of the people who read blogs are lurkers. Okay, I admit that ALL of my favorite blogs I just lurk too.
And only about 1% ACTIVELY leave comments.

And no, I did not just pull those out of my butt. I found those on the internet, which means they're absolutely true. :P

And, Remi is really the only one that comments. Why? Because most of the time I tell her to. I KNOW other people must read this, so why don't they comment? Hmm. COUGHRIKACOUGH.
You know who you are. ;D

I've been starting to find myself looking at every post two or three days after I post it to see what comments are on it. And I reply to most of them. Should I even bother? Do people read the responses, if they're RIGHT on that same post?

How DOES one measure the popularity of something like a blog?

Comments? RSS feed subscribers?

Leave your answer in the comments. ;D

P.S. This won't count as my post for tomorrow. I'd think that would be cheating, since it's one A.M. -.-
