Fashionably Late.

OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH KATRINAAAA.

Notice the Blogger top bar is gone. It's lovely. Thank you. 8D

I promise I'll revamp the layout eventually. I have other things to do, y'know.

Well, not really.

ANYWAYS, I wasn't in the best of moods around the new year, and didn't officially do a survey thingy. Which means you have OFFICIALLY moved on. So I will move on.

I found this quiz on this WONDERFUL fiction/book/author blog:
http://jemacleod123.blogspot.com/

But, as she says, it's been floating about cyberspace. She didn't create it. But I love her anyways. 8D

1. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?

LOTS more reading. Hardcore reading. Fo shiz. More piano playing. Thirty minutes a day please? Now that I can actually play frustrating songs, I get a LOT more energy and frustration out. Believe me. It helps.

2. What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?

Uhm. Nothing NEW. My birthday, I guess? It wasn't that memorable though. Well, I guess it was. With Jacklyn crying because we wouldn't let her sleep in a tent and all. Wait.

Was that THIS year?

I totally don't remember.

3. What was your biggest achievement of the year?

Obviously, purchasing Ronald and the web cam. And half of an iTouch. I like to think that I can actually save money well. Not for anything worthwhile, mind you, but I can. And YES. All of these items are worth my while. All the time.

4. What was your biggest failure?

Being so introverted at school. Although I absolutely can't imagine it any other way. Honestly. Not reading, not practicing. Not appreciating myself. Believe me, I could go on.

5. What was the best thing you bought?

Already mentioned this in the achievements. Dang quiz, READ. Are you even LISTENING TO ME?

6. Whose behavior merited celebration?

All of my friends. For putting up with me. Same with parents, who work basically from six till eight. And still put up with me.

7. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?

Oh geez. Nobody in particualar. Well, someone who's name starts with an R. But I won't name names. And it's not you, Remi. XD

8. Where did most of your money go?

Into the item fund. Which is now completely empty, I'm afraid.

9. What song will always remind you of 2008?

Oh geez. I don't remember songs with dates.

Uhm. Iron and Wine? Regina Spektor? The Killers?

Dunno. Probably the Killers. But I wouldn't think of the YEAR, just the time I got fangirly.

10. Compared to this time last year, are you...
i. happier or sadder?
No idea. Probably happier. I need to keep a journal for this crap.
ii. thinner or fatter? I've actually lost a few pounds. From Christmas break, when I felt like crap and had one meal a day.
iii.
richer or poorer?
Richer in objects, poorer in money. Dang.

11. What do you wish you'd done more of?

Read, practiced, more photoshoots. Quiz, you are getting repetitive.

12. What do you wish you'd done less of?

Procrastinated. Although I'm sure that won't really change. Ever.

13. What was your favorite TV program?

I didn't really watch TV. But my obsession with Martin Seargent and Diggnation (Rev3 podcasts) was there.

14. What was the best book you read?

Uhm. I don't do that kind of question. No comment.

15. What was your favorite film of this year?

I DON'T REMEMBER.

QUIZ, I don't like you. Just saying.

But, it was Moving McCallister, now that I remember it. Anything that made my insides feel like pudding. Very warm pudding.

16. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?

WE'VE ALREADY ADDRESSED THIS, QUIZ.

I DON'T REMEMBER. STOP MAKING FUN OF ME.

And age? Uhm. It might be greater than twelve, and less than fourteen. Just saying.

17. What kept you sane?

Music. Blogs. Friends. The usual.

18. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?

Fancy, as in like? Not sure if I want to admit this publicly, but I had a bit of a crush on Ben Gourley for a bit. In the nerd attire. Maybe that's why I like the movie so much.

19. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2008:

Don't procrastinate. But I do it anyways. Does that mean I didn't learn?

Chick flicks and chocolate are your best friends. And they are. So I DID learn.

20. Word you said often enough that it should have been your catchphrase:
Shut up or be quiet?

I like that one. It confuses people when you say it. 8DD

SHUT UP OR BE QUIET.

I love it. XD
