Mother's day is Saturday, and I have a washcloth finished. But I need to make a little bath poof thing. I'm making her a skin care kit. LOL.

I'm running the mile tomorrow. But I'll be fine. I rode bikes for awhile yesterday, and sprinted a half-mile today on the treadmill.
I know that's not much at all, but it's better than nothing, and running is all mindset anyways. The shape your body is in doesn't have much to do with it.
Did you know that if you only get five hours of sleep as opposed to the regular nine, you're 70% more likely to become obese?
I don't care about that, but I thought it was funny while listening to 60 minutes on the treadmill. It's very possible. Think about it. ;D
